How do I get my report or downloads again?
Sign in to your ACESBA account with the email you used at checkout. Every report and file you have bought is there, and you can download it again at any time.
Can you review my loan application or tell me if I will be approved?
No. ACESBA is an education and preparation service, not a lender or broker. Only a lender can review an application and make a credit decision. We can answer questions about our reports, templates and how SBA programs work.
Is ACESBA part of the SBA?
No. ACESBA is owned and operated by ACW & Associates LLC and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the U.S. Small Business Administration.
How are refunds handled?
Our Refund Policy sets out when we correct a charge or issue a refund, for example a duplicate charge or a file we cannot deliver. Choose “Something else” above, include your order number, and we will look into it within one business day.
